Description of the Role:

As a Part Time Receptionist at Prestige Collection , You Will Serve As the First Point of Contact for Customers and Visitors. This Role Requires a Friendly, Organized, and Professional Individual Who Can Effectively Handle a Range of Administrative Tasks in a Fast-paced, Luxury Service Environment. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Greeting Clients, Answering Phone Calls, Managing Schedules, and Maintaining the Reception Area in Top Condition.

• Greeting Visitors: Welcome Customers and Visitors with a Friendly and Professional Demeanor.

• Phone Management: Answer and Direct Phone Calls in a Courteous Manner, Addressing Client Inquiries As Needed.

• Mail and Packages: Handle Both Incoming and Outgoing Mail and Packages, Ensuring Timely and Accurate Distribution.

• Appointment Scheduling: Manage and Coordinate Appointments, Maintaining an Organized Calendar for the Team.

• Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the Reception Area Is Clean, Organized, and Presentable at All Times.

• Experience: Previous Experience in a Customer Service Role Is Preferred, Particularly in High-demand Environments.

• Communication Skills: Must Possess Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Both in Person and over the Phone.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Is Required, and the Ability to Multitask Efficiently Across Multiple Platforms Is Essential.

• Organizational Skills: Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Abilities Are Key to Success in This Role.

• Personality: Friendly, Outgoing, and Able to Work Effectively in a Team.

• Industry Experience: Preferably some Experience in the Automotive Industry, Though Not Required.

• Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per Hour, Paid Bi-weekly.
