Admin PCT
Administrative Support

  • Support front and back office operations to maintain efficient patient flow
  • Assist with patient check in or check out when needed.
  • Help coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow up visits
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Support telephone triage workflows by routing messages appropriately
  • Assist with scanning, uploading, and organizing patient documents
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Required:
1. HS Diploma or equivalent
2. EMT certification and/or nursing assistant certification

Preferred:
1. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Patient, compassionate nature
3. Ability to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and nurses
4. Proficiency in computer-based data management programs and information systems
