☕ Barista – Local Coffee Shop | Cranford, NJ
Are you passionate about coffee, community, and creating a warm, welcoming space for people to connect? We're a cozy, independently owned coffee shop located in the heart of Cranford , and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Barista to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
Craft high-quality espresso and coffee drinks with care and consistency
Provide outstanding customer service with a smile and a personal touch
Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment
Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift
Learn our menu and assist customers with recommendations
Help maintain a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for coffee and people
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Availability for morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts
