Junior Scheduler and Care Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a Junior Scheduler & Care Operation Coordinator to support and strengthen our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within healthcare operations. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless scheduling, supporting caregivers, and delivering a high-quality experience for our clients and families. English and Spanish speaker preferred, with excellent communication and customer service or scheduling background is ideal.
This position offers a clear growth path into Staffing, Operations or Business Development leadership for high-performing candidates.
This role covers:
Staffing and scheduling of cases and visits.
Assist with onboarding new caregivers, including documentation and compliance tracking.
Maintain accurate employee records in line with state and accreditation standards, support background checks and employment verifications
Track certifications, credentials, and required documentation.
Client Experience & Coordination supporting day to day operations
Serve as a first point of contact, handling calls with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
Document all interactions accurately within internal systems, organized digital records and perform data entry using cloud-based systems
Work closely with leadership to ensure high-quality care delivery and support office operations
Ensure confidentiality and compliance at all times
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling and service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
2–5 years in healthcare, home care, staffing, or scheduling environments preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and follow-through on your assigned tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Calm, solution-oriented mindset
Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
