Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in handling multiple master data domains such as Materials, Customers, Vendors, and Finance objects . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both functional configuration and technical development (ABAP/Enhancements, BRF+, Workflow) within the SAP MDG framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical MDG solutions.
• Configure SAP MDG for multiple master data objects (Materials, Customers, Vendors, Finance, etc.).
• Design and implement data models, governance processes, validation rules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure high-quality master data solutions.
• Perform data migration, cleansing, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other downstream systems.
• Provide production support and resolve MDG-related issues.
• Participate in workshops, testing (SIT/UAT), and final deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12-15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP MDG techno-functional roles .
• Strong experience with MDG-M (Materials) , MDG-C (Customers) , and other master data domains.
• Hands-on expertise in BRF+, Workflow, UI Modeling, and Data Replication Framework (DRF) .
• Proficiency in ABAP for MDG enhancements, BADIs, and data modeling .
• Knowledge of data migration and integration with ECC/S/4 HANA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in NJ/PA and attend a final face-to-face interview .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MDG-F (Finance Master Data).
• Exposure to SAP MDG consolidation and mass processing features.
• Prior involvement in end-to-end MDG implementation projects.
