We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. This role plays a vital part in creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients throughout their treatment journey.

**Responsibilities:**

* Build positive, professional relationships with clients while providing support and encouragement throughout treatment.

* Maintain a safe and structured environment by monitoring client activities and enforcing program guidelines.

* Complete client admissions and discharge processes, including documentation and inventory of personal belongings.

* Conduct drug and alcohol screening procedures in accordance with company policies.

* Perform routine client safety checks and document observations accurately and timely.

* Assist with transportation, appointments, and other client needs as required.

* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility.

* Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support client care and treatment goals.

* Complete all required documentation in the electronic medical record system.

* Respond appropriately to client concerns, emergencies, and crisis situations.

Requirements:

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

* Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, social services, or substance use treatment preferred, but not required.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

* Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those seeking recovery and wellness.
