10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Regional CDL-A drivers to operate dry van, no-touch freight on regional routes. This position is available for solo drivers or teams and requires professional conduct at customer locations and on the road.

Compensation and Schedule

• Estimated annual earnings: $85,000–$105,000+, with top performers potentially earning more
• Pay structure: 67–71 CPM (miles); weekly pay via direct deposit
• Sign-on bonus: $1,300
• Schedule: Regional; home every weekend
• Equipment: Newer tractors; automatic transmissions; in-cab amenities including flat-screen displays

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes; handle 100% no-touch freight
• Adhere to assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum age: 23 years
• Verifiable OTR or regional driving experience: at least 9 months for solo applicants
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years
• No suspensions for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years
• No speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years
• No employment terminations within the last 12 months
• No more than three jobs in the last year; average tenure per job should be at least four months
• No more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months (stable work history preferred)
• Ability to pass required drug screening (hair test) and pre- employment/background checks
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
