What’s Expected?

As a direct access clinic, you’ll be the first stop for most patients

Treatment Side

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and PT license required to start
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience
• Ability to treat a wide range of conditions; get past surface symptoms, uncover the root causes and develop a custom plan of care
• Strong manual skills and a case-by-case approach each session (no cookie cutter)
• Adhere to documentation standards (but with high level EMR, AI, and human training)
• Use the power of "coaching" in patient care. We believe the science is more effective when patients are validated, motivated and inspired to make lifelong change
• Enjoy treating an active population, especially runners, lifters, triathletes & student athletes
• ART, McKenzie, BFR, Graston or Taping a plus, but continuing ed provided
