As a key member of our production floor, you won’t just be a "number." You will be trained across multiple disciplines, becoming a master of:

• Precision Machining: Operating CNC and Engraving equipment.
• Finishing Work: Managing lamination, manual tacking, and card finishing.
• Quality Control: Reading blueprints and using your mechanical aptitude to ensure every product is perfect.
• Troubleshooting: Performing basic preventive maintenance to keep your station running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment.
• Technical Skills: You have "hands-on" expertise in at least one of the following: CNC, lamination, engraving, or manual tacking.
• Mindset: You’re a team player who is happy to jump in where needed to help the team hit daily targets.
• Details: You can read technical drawings/blueprints and have basic computer skills for data entry.

Shift & Location:

• Night Shift: 6PM - 6AM EST.
• Location: Located in Somerset, NJ.
