Personal Trainer

We are looking for Anytime Fitness Personal Trainers to enhance our training programs that and help build our club core values. Our personal training department, is centered on generating positive and infectious energy conquering obstacles all clients have. This is a Part-Time position.

Responsibilities:

• Build clientele base through prospecting, conducting fitness assessments and class demos.
• Prescribing comprehensive wellness programs based individual client’s goals.
• Motivating and inspiriting clients to reach their goals with enthusiasm.
• Keeping clients accountable using a combination of goal setting, and consistent re-evaluations and assessments.
• Embodying the pinnacle of professionalism through actions and attitude.
• Cultivating a safe, enjoyable community between Team Training, Small Group Training and One-on-One instructions.

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
• Able to conduct training sessions with large and small groups.
• Ability to work designated shifts as determined by management.
• Understanding of the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique.
• Strong customer service skills.
• NASM, ACE, NSCA or ACSM personal training certification.
• CPR/AED certification. * Ability to work part time, including Saturdays.
• Possess passion, ambition, drive and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Possess passion, ambition, drive and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
• High School diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Excel in time management, organizational and follow up skills.
• Energetic, personable and friendly is a must.
• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending and reaching as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States.
