Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, contributing to a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for all patrons.
- Ensure that tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for guest arrival.
- Present menus to guests and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Create a clean and sanitary work environment by fulfilling side work and tasks related to maintaining cleanliness.
