We are looking for a responsible and driven Home Care Administrator to help manage day-to-day operations of our agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about serving the community. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
No prior experience? No problem we are willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate and schedule caregiver shifts and client visits
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and agency policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of caregivers
- Monitor care plans and service delivery for quality and consistency
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Comfortable with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Bilingual (English and Spanish ) preferred
- Previous home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required we are willing to train!
