Compensation: $100–$300 per visit (based on visit type; negotiable)
Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time / Flexible Hours

VT Exquisite Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients throughout New Jersey. As an RN with us, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients’ health and wellness in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home nursing visits
• Perform client assessments and evaluations
• Complete intake visits for new clients
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Make follow-up calls and provide ongoing support to clients and families
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, physicians, and care coordinators

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey or valid Compact RN License
• Experience in home care, geriatrics, or community health preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation

Compensation:

• $100 to $300 per visit , depending on the type and complexity of the visit
• Rates are negotiable and based on experience and visit scope
