Description
TITLE: Financial Advisory Services Senior
DUTIES:
- Prepare, execute, and manage accounting work plans, liquidation, and restructuring analysis for bankruptcy litigation cases across numerous industries.
- Review key financial and operational business metrics, including project revenue and actual vs. budget; forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, margin, and income projections for clientele.
- Provide financial and analytical support services in litigation, transaction advisory, valuation, and bankruptcy and restructuring engagements; analyze profitability and cash flow for business reporting and decision-making.
- Lead external audit and internal control and risk assessment engagements; perform audit procedures such as revenue (exposure with ASC 606), inventory, debt, equity, expenses, accounts receivable, fixed assets, notes receivable, and investments. Supervise first and second year staff auditors on engagements including allocation of work, client communication, training, resolution of issues, and evaluating performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Three (3) years of Audit Accounting Experience
- One (1) year of supervisory audit accounting experience Experience in preparing corporations and companies in the financial services, not-for-profit, software, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries for external audit.
SALARY:
$115,000-$120,000, depending upon experienceHOURS:
- 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
