Your Role & Impact:

• Lead individualized ABA programming in a high-resource, collaborative center environment.
• Provide meaningful mentorship and supervision to a dedicated team of RBTs.
• Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop high-quality BIPs.
• Enjoy a manageable, capped caseload that allows you to focus on clinical excellence over volume.
