Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Developer with strong expertise in Talend ETL and data warehousing to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data integration, transformation, and pipeline development , supporting enterprise analytics and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Warehousing & ETL Development

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend (Talend Open Studio)
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple heterogeneous sources

Data Integration & Processing

• Integrate data from various systems including:
  • Relational databases
  • Flat files and external data sources
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and integrity across systems
• Develop reusable ETL components and frameworks

Performance Optimization

• Optimize ETL jobs and data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Tune queries and transformations for efficient data processing
• Handle large volumes of structured and semi-structured data

Data Modeling & Design

• Design and maintain data models (star/snowflake schemas)
• Support data architecture aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts on data design

Maintenance & Support

• Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot failures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Support production deployments and ongoing enhancements

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and engineering teams
• Maintain documentation for ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Talend ETL (Talend Open Studio)
• Solid experience in data warehousing concepts and architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
• Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques
• Experience handling large-scale data processing

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data quality and data governance practices
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
