Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role manages the full employee life cycle—from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and employee support. Qualified candidates be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while helping foster a positive, family-oriented culture. Location: Lakewood, NJ

Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 USD/Hour

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration, policies, and employee support.
- Oversee time & attendance, PTO, and compliance in ADP.
- Lead recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientations.
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition, and feedback.
- Administer benefits, 401(k), FMLA, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and/or terminations.
- 3 or more years of HR experience as a generalist or coordinator.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market.
