As a Product Manager of Fusion , you'll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that combine business data, advanced analytics, and AI agents to provide deep insights and accelerate decision-making. These cutting-edge SaaS applications are powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and include components like Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Applications (FA), and Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP).
We are building a secure, scalable, and extensible platform that enhances the value of pre-built analytics applications, enabling customers to maximize their analytics impact. As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to define and deliver enterprise-grade AI platform extensibility, integration and security features, ensuring seamless integration across IDCS, FA, ADW, OAC, and AIDP. Your focus will be on improving how customers implement, extend, and secure analytics and AI applications, including managing users, roles, services, data access, and fine-grained security controls.
In this role, you will own all security and AI extensibility features on the platform, driving end-to-end integration between source systems, analytics-driven applications, and generative AI services. We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and results-driven professional with a strong technical and security background. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of securing data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines, and analytics products. Familiarity with FA administration and security configurations is a significant plus.

Own the security and extensibility framework for Fusion AI Data Platform including integration with IDCS and Fusion applications for object and data level security

Capture detailed product requirements and define the roadmap for platform Security and AI Apps components

Work with release management, engineering, center of excellence, support, documentation, and training teams to launch quarterly releases.

Present the strategy and roadmap to senior management and get buy-in

Partner with FA, OCI, ADW, OAC and other services to provide an integrated security experience for the platform

Work with and influence various product teams and stakeholders across Oracle to ensure features are developed and delivered as planned.

Engage with Oracle SaaS and Analytics customers to understand their needs and expectations.

Engage with internal and external partners to provide product updates, implementation approaches

Participate in marketing events and lead customer demos and customer meetings

Work flexible hours to overlap with US/India and other international teams
Skills and Experiences Required

Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
-
Preferred Education background - MBA/BS with undergraduate degree in engineering, science, mathematics, statistics, economics

8+ years' experience across large scale enterprise applications and analytics.

Experience and knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (FA) administration and security is an advantage

Experience and knowledge of Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC) security is highly desirable

Experience and knowledge of Oracle databases and security is highly desirable

Experience and knowledge of network security is a plus

Experience building or implementing AI and generative-AI platforms, products or solutions is a plus

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus

Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Snowflake is a plus

Experience with SaaS applications from Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Great Plains or SAP is desirable

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
