Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Plainsboro, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are executed successfully within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. This position focuses on digital marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the diabetes therapy area.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required.
• Strong experience in commercial project management, with a focus on digital initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing and product launch scenarios is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and foster cooperative relationships within cross-functional teams.

The Marketing Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide guidance and expertise to project teams for successful execution.
• Manage scope changes, quality assurance, and technical aspects of projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
• Apply best practices to improve cross-functional engagement and collaboration.
