Job Title: Assembler

Shift: First Shift

Location: Budd Lake, NJ

Pay: Up to $24 hour

We are seeking a Electro‑Mechanical Assembler to assemble, wire, and test components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly including fastening, fitting, and alignment of parts
• Execute electrical assembly tasks such as point‑to‑point wiring, cable routing, and basic soldering (when required)
• Install and connect components including motors, sensors, switches, relays, PCBs, and control devices
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately
• Conduct basic functional testing and troubleshooting to ensure assemblies meet quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects and verify compliance with specifications
• Document work performed and follow established SOPs, safety, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Required Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical test equipment (multimeter preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Budd Lake, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
