- Review loan approval conditions and ensure timely clearance of all items.
- Analyze credit reports and request mortgage credit supplements when necessary.
- Order and review Verifications of Employment (VOEs).
- Review personal and business tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
- Run loan files through DU and LP and update findings in Encompass.
- Order and upload required documentation including 4506 transcripts, SSA verifications, flood certifications, and other compliance items.
- Verify address accuracy through USPS and update Encompass records accordingly.
- Complete and upload LDP/GSA checks, Geo Codes, and other regulatory documentation.
- Monitor pipeline to ensure all files remain on schedule for closing.
- Support the processing team with overflow tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational efficiency and team success.
- 4+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience required
- Strong knowledge of Conventional and FHA loan products
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage software systems
- Experience with Encompass preferred
