Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Shift:
Monday Friday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM)
No on-call responsibilities

Position Overview:

• Ensure full compliance with USP <797> and <800> guidelines for sterile and hazardous drug compounding

• Oversee in-home intrathecal pump therapy management and perform core pharmacist responsibilities

• Manage and oversee weekly volume of 250300 sterile injections

• Enforce state and federal pharmacy regulations, Board of Pharmacy rules, and accreditation standards

• Review and approve patient care plans, ensuring therapy accuracy, proper dosing, and medication compatibility

• Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
  

Requirements:

• Active pharmacist licenses in both New Jersey and Kentucky

• Experience verifying sterile medications is required

• Prior PIC or pharmacy management experience preferred

• IV compounding experience is a plus

• Strong clinical background with expertise in sterile injections
