RN Supervisor for Weekend Days

Up to $60/hr based on experience!

12-hour shifts * 7am -7pm

UMC is currently seeking an RN Supervisor for The Shores , our Senior Care Community located in Ocean City, NJ within picturesque Cape May County.

Requirements for an RN Supervisor:

• Current, valid RN License in New Jersey
• BSN preferred
• 1 or more year(s) of supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care setting
• 2 or more years of working experience in a Long-Term Care setting

Responsibilities for an RN Supervisor:

• Oversee general building operations
• Oversee employee time and attendance
• Oversee environmental safety
• Oversee clinical assessment and documentation
• Handle resolution of customer complaints throughout the community
• Ensure the community remains in compliance with NJ DOH and Federal regulatory guidelines
• Ensure team members perform job tasks in line with organizations mission, vision and values
