Summary:
The Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assure cleanliness of hotel grounds, entrances, storage facilities, trash areas, guest and back-of-house hallways, elevators, staircases, and guest rooms
- Communicate efficiently with managers regarding maintenance issues, room damage, or missing property
- Interact with teammates and guests in a friendly and professional way
- Deliver items to hotel guests as directed
- Assist with TV remotes, TV boxes, thermostats, jacuzzi tubs, light fixtures, phones, and moving furniture
- Support laundry and/or housekeeping departments when needed
- Distribute linen, housekeeping supplies, and room amenities properly
- Properly stock carts with cleaning and paper supplies?
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your annual salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
