Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Blackwood, NJ for a Call Center Specialist. The primary responsibilities include setting appointments for sales representatives, managing inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Call Center Specialist will act as the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating positive experiences through communication across all channels. Collaboration with team members for efficient issue resolution is also an important part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Contact Centers and experience in call handling processes
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy and the ability to use CRM tools or other software efficiently
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
