Known for our collaborative culture and technical excellence, we are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead complex projects and mentor a talented team.
Position Overview:
The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems for a variety of building projects. This role requires strong leadership, client-facing experience, and deep technical expertise in electrical engineering within the MEP industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design and project management for multiple concurrent projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and internal teams
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and other disciplines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design within an MEP consulting environment
- Proven project management experience on mid-to-large scale projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC, building codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
