Position: Plumbing Service Technician

Compensation: $35-45 an hour

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and install residential and/or commercial plumbing systems while providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers about job details, repair options, and costs
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry codes
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a plumbing technician (or equivalent training)
- Troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
