POSITION DETAILS:

• Role : HVAC Field Supervisor / HVAC Project Coordinator
• Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Pay : $85,000 - $110,000 annually
• Benefits : Medical, life insurance, a 401K with match, a company vehicle, PTO, and consistent year-round work.
• Location : Riverdale, NJ

OUR IDEAL HVAC PROJECT COORDINATOR

As an HVAC Project Coordinator, you'll enjoy a steady flow of service requests and projects, but you won't be the type to sit back and wait. You'll take ownership of your role, tackling challenges with determination, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring our team consistently performs at its best. We need someone who values precision, prioritizes action, and never misses the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NJ driver's license
• 5+ years in residential or light commercial HVAC installation, layout, and design
• EPA certifications (Type II or Universal)
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams

Familiarity with Service Titan software and the ability to lay out duct fittings is a plus. Plumbing experience is also preferred!
