Salary and Benefits

• $75,000 - $85,000 (Based on years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Provide psychotherapy, supportive counseling, and therapeutic group services
• Facilitate psychoeducation, empowerment, and shared experiences among clients
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals for services and appointments
• Support clients in building independence and self-confidence
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system
• Foster strong relationships with the clinical team, staff, patients, and families
• Deliver crisis intervention support as needed
• Provide supervision to Licensed Social Workers (LSWs)

• Perform other duties as assigned to support program and organizational goals

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with active state licensure and NPI number
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience with underserved populations is preferred
• Respectful and understanding of diverse client needs and backgrounds
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity
• Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
