You will be the primary lead for all cost reduction projects! This role sits within the Supply Chain function and plays a critical role in enabling successful product launches, continued business operation and resilient SC.JOB PURPOSEUnilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do - creating a better business and a better world. If you are passionate about learning how the food you see in the grocery store is brought to life, and enjoy delivering through others, and improving supply chain execution, then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE + Consistently demonstrate superior project execution skills and a growth mindset. + Manage Value creation plans from Start Gate through implementation, ensuring capability and timing alignment. + Act as the primary point of contact for project-related questions + Proper knowledge and understanding of factory capabilities, capacities, logistics, and planning. + Clearly articulate project-related risks and mitigation strategies. + Own and maintain project timelines using MS Project, coordinating cross-functional inputs and accountability. + Communicate project tasks and deadlines effectively, removing obstacles and escalating issues to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery. + Support Project Sponsors to develop accurate business cases for projects, including capital expenditure and Net Savings + Co-lead risk assessments and embed action plans into project timelines. + Prepare Gate information and decision moment documents for Unilever's leadership to provide project updates and aide in making of good decisions + Have a continuous improvement mindset and always look for ways to improve ways of working and project delivery WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field (required) + 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Logistics) (preferred) + Moderate understanding of food manufacturing processes (preferred) + Proven expertise in project management (preferred) + Working knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Power Point (required) Skills + Critical thinking and conflict resolution + Strong communication and stakeholder management + Project planning and execution + Risk assessment and mitigation + Superior organizational skills Leadership + You are energized by delivering fantastic results. Pay: The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $86,280. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.  Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
