Location: Newark, NJ (On-site, Full Time)
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

About the Role

We’re looking for a junior-to-mid UI/UX Designer who loves creating clean, modern, user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll help design both web and mobile interfaces for internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and new digital features.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life visually, working with cross-functional teams, and creating designs that are not only beautiful but also practical and intuitive.

What You’ll Do

• Turn ideas and requirements into simple, clear wireframes and workflows
• Create polished mockups and prototypes using Figma
• Work with product owners and developers to ensure designs are realistic and buildable
• Keep designs consistent, reusable, and aligned with existing style patterns
• Participate in planning sessions to clarify user needs and design constraints
• Test your designs, gather feedback, and make improvements as needed
• Support small UX research tasks, usability checks, and quick validation loops

What You Bring

• Experience designing web or mobile UI in Figma
• Strong eye for clean layouts, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to understand user flows and translate them into simple experiences
• Good communication skills — comfortable discussing ideas with different teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle feedback well
• Bonus: experience creating test cases, scenarios, or basic UX validation work
