Test Technician

Job Title: Test Technician
Location: South Plainfield, NJ
Work Model: Onsite – Contract to Hire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour

TEST TECHNICIAN

*This position requires fluency in Mandarin to perform the responsibilities of the role successfully.*

Responsibilities:

• Perform fine assembly work on laser components using hand tools and microscopes

• Assist in visual inspections and basic testing of assembled parts

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation

• Communicate with team members and trainers in Mandarin

Qualifications:

• Must speak and understand Mandarin fluently

• Comfortable performing detailed handwork or small-part assembly

• Beginner-level experience is acceptable; training will be provided

• Must be reliable, organized, and able to work on-site full time
