Senior Python Developer with GenAI

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team. As a senior developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive business value.


Key Responsibilities:
- *AI Solution Development*: Design and develop scalable GenAI applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and state-of-the-art frameworks.
- *Cloud Development*: Design and implement robust, cloud-native solutions, preferably on Azure.
- *Full-Stack Contribution*: Drive development from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless integration across back-end and front-end components.
- *Model Optimization*: Fine-tune LLMs, enhance data retrieval from structured/unstructured sources, and optimize prompt engineering and agent plans.

Requirements:
- *Experience*: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
- *Technical Skills*: Advanced proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- *GenAI Expertise*: Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and agentic architectures.
- *Cloud-Native Deployment*: Strong understanding of modern AI/ML infrastructure, including cloud-native deployment and scaling.
- *Communication*: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in team-driven environments.
