• Develop end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, from strategy to execution for our small business payroll product • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital/paid media, direct mail, etc.) • Lead and manage creative and content strategy through development and approval • Define and execute website content strategy, relevant to our small business payroll products to support conversion • Identify insights and implement data-driven optimizations across campaigns to drive sales impact

• Years of Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience - supporting GTM strategy preferably B2B • Skills: Experience in campaign strategy development, digital and traditional marketing channels, sales enablement, thought leadership and content strategy • Education: BS in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent. • Desired Experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and project management experience

This is a Contract position based out of Florham Park, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
