What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform maintenance and tune-ups

• Assist with system replacements and new installations

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and components

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Follow company safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely succeed here if you:

• Have 3 to 4 years of HVAC installation experience

• Have HVAC field experience in service, installation, or both

• Are comfortable troubleshooting HVAC systems

• Take pride in clean, high-quality work

• Communicate well with customers and team members

• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Hold EPA certification (preferred)
