Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our growing retail sales team supporting our clients in the wireless and home entertainment industry. In this entry-level role, you'll work directly with customers in a retail setting, helping them find the right wireless products and services to stay connected. If you're passionate about tech, enjoy talking to people, and want to build a career in sales — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products and service plans
Demonstrate phones, data plans, and accessories
Educate customers on available upgrades, bundles, and promotions
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
Provide fast, helpful, and courteous service
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Retail, wireless, or electronics sales experience is a plus (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in technology and mobile solutions
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
