We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Food Service Worker with deli experience to join our team in the South Brunswick, NJ area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive dining experience. Part-time hours, typically 6 hours daily. Supportive team environment. Opportunity to gain food service experience, and advancement. Deli experience is preferred. ServSafe® Certification a plus. Key Responsibilities:Assist with food preparation, including chopping and assembling meals.Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle register transactions.Serve food to students in a friendly and efficient manner.Stock, organize, and rotate food and supplies.Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and serving areas.Qualifications:Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Basic math and cash-handing skills preferred.Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.
