Job Location - 1150, Plaza Five, Jersey City, New Jersey 07311 (3 Days office, 2 Days remote)

Duration - 6 Months

Pay - $26/hr

Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate in Accounting or Finance to support daily financial operations. This role is suitable for candidates with strong analytical skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position involves assisting with financial reporting, data analysis, and general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain spreadsheets and perform basic financial analysis using Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial or account-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience in accounting or finance.
• Exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.

Work Environment:
