We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Client Relations Coordinator to join our Client Relations Department. This position serves as one of the first points of contact for our clients and supports both our Sales and Service
Departments. From answering calls and scheduling appointments to assisting with client communications and administrative support, you'll help ensure every client receives the professional, personalized experience that defines our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet sales inquiries via phone, email, text, and personalized video.
- Provide vehicle pricing, availability, and product information to prospective clients.
- Answer incoming sales calls and assist clients with their questions.
- Manage inbound emails and text messages with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text messages to follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build rapport with clients and provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the dealership CRM.
- Follow up consistently to ensure every client receives timely communication.
- Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless client experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly communication and appointment goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating through email and text.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required

Hours:
Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm with half hour lunch
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/ hourly
