Investment Banking Technology Vice President or Senior Associate: Semiconductors - Menlo Park, CA

The Morgan Stanley Technology Investment Banking Team in Menlo Park, CA is looking for a Vice President or Senior Associate to join our Semiconductor team. The successful candidate will focus on Semiconductors but will do significant work in the broader AI Infrastructure ecosystem, primarily advising on complex M&A, IPO and other capital markets transactions. 

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience within the investment banking industry with a proven track record executing deals across M&A and various industry sectors
- Experience in the technology industry is preferred, but not required
- Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, CA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
- Series licensing or must obtain

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $175,000 and $225,000 per year for a Senior Associate, and $250,000 and $275,000 per year for a Vice President, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
