Tool And Die Maker
Location: Toms River, NJ
Pay Range: $28.66-$37.31 depending on experience.

Were looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support our operations by building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling that keeps our production running at the highest level of quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans, constructs, alters and repairs a wide variety of tools, jigs, dies, fixtures and gauges to very close tolerances.
- Performs development work, difficult tool room operations, skilled fittings, timing and adjusting.
- Plans construction procedures and methods and selects materials.
- Makes allowances for shrinkage during heat-treating of tools and metal flow in dies.
- Makes tool tryouts.
- Follows all departmental procedures to ensure quality requirements are met.
- May be required to work overtime as business conditions dictate.
- Diagnoses and corrects trouble in complicated dies and tools.
- Performs other duties as required.
