About the Job
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners through consultations that turn their vision into reality
- Create detailed proposals with pricing, material selections, and design renderings for outdoor living projects
- Guide clients through pool sales and design as well as product options including pavers, outdoor kitchens, and lighting.
- Manage your own schedule of client appointments, follow-ups, and site visits
- Prepare precise measurements, scaled drawings, and project scopes for installation teams
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth projects from proposal to production
- Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM software to track client conversations and progress
- Develop valuable connections with landscape architects, property managers, and local contractors
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience in residential pool and landscape design, hardscape design, construction sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Structure Studios, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to read or create scaled drawings and design layouts
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience with project estimation, pricing, or scope development (highly preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
