Echo Care ABA is looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Intake Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with families, helping them get started with services, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
• Speak with new families and guide them through the intake process
• Answer calls and follow up with leads
• Collect documents and help with onboarding
• Coordinate with clinical and admin team
• Keep intake pipeline organized
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Warm, patient, and professional personality
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in ABA or healthcare intake is a plus (not required)
