Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You’ll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo – you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.

Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders – just to name a few!

This Opportunity

Learn about how businesses manage workflows – and help us bring ours out of the Dark Ages and into the modern era. A great introduction for anyone considering a career in project/program management or as a team member within a services agency.

What You’ll Do

• Own a workstream to move our internal operations from email and OneNote into a web-based project management tool called SmartSheets
• Will require ability to learn a new program and collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate our workflow into the new tool

Your Skills & Expertise

• Applicants should be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• Must be comfortable interacting with multiple people with varying perspectives
• Solution oriented mindset
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools, preferred

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
