The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks and end-user hardware across office and production environments.
• Oversee and support critical manufacturing applications (e.g. ERP MES SCADA) to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect proprietary data intellectual property and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Lead IT projects including system upgrades new technology implementations and integrations for manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to all employees including production staff to minimize operational downtime.
• Manage IT vendor relationships contracts and procurement for hardware software and services.
• Ensure IT systems and practices comply with industry regulations data privacy standards and internal policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Demonstrated understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence.
• Strong background in IT project management vendor management and budget oversight.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection pertinent to industrial environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) like SCADA or PLCs.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or specific manufacturing-focused ERP modules (e.g. SAP PP/QM Oracle EBS).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts IoT or digital transformation initiatives within a production environment.
• Understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity best practices and compliance in an industrial setting.
