Senior Warehouse Team Lead (3rd Shift) - Princeton, NJ

The Senior Warehouse Team Lead oversees daily shift operations within the internal logistics function, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant material flow across ASRS, kitting, production support, and warehouse activities. This role provides leadership, assigns work, monitors performance, and ensures alignment with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Review shift handover information, confirm staffing levels, and deliver start-of-shift safety talks.
• Assign operators to tasks and zones based on workload, priorities, and skill requirements.
• Communicate KPIs and review ASRS and production priorities with the team.
• Monitor ASRS system status, alarms, throughput, and downtime throughout the shift, ensuring timely response to issues.
• Log all downtime events and error details in the error log and escalate as needed.
• Ensure completion of kitting activities and oversee consolidation of drums within the consolidation corral.

You bring

• High School Diploma Required
• 3+ years' experience in internal logistics or chemical manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years' experience of inventory or chemical manufacturing.
• 3+ years' experience of leadership experience in a logistics or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $35.00-$37.00.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
