LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role supports the Elder Law and Trusts & Estates team.
This position is fully onsite. Responsibilities: · Drafting legal documents and correspondence · Maintaining files · Managing calendars · Conducting client intake interviews · Scheduling meetings and depositions · Preparing court pleadings and probate-related documents · Corresponding with clients · Providing general administrative support Requirements: · 1+ year of legal assistant experience · Experience in elder law or trusts & estates a plus · Strong MS Office knowledge · Excellent communication skills · Very organized · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
