OFFICE MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a full-time Office Manager / Customer Service rep for us, you use your skills and provide superb work in all our general office tasks. Primarily, you participate in bookkeeping and accounting for our Mechanical Organization along with the day-to-day projects for the organization. This includes review of accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, invoicing, quotes, and financial reporting. You ensure payroll, sales, use, and income taxes and account for fixed assets. You work with all employees on mission completions and ensure customer satisfaction. You answer to the owner and ensure his criteria's are met and are on point. And as needed, you collect information for the annual audit. You have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions. You feel great about how you contribute to the overall success of our company. Bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with excel, outlook, and word software. Understanding AI and Chat GPT is a bonus.
Office Management
Hard charging and self-motivated for success and growth
College Course Studies in Business, Accounting a bonus however not necessary.
