Smythe Volvo , a trusted and established Volvo dealership, is seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join our service team. This is a great opportunity to work with a premium brand in a modern, well-equipped facility with a team that values precision, integrity, and professional growth.

We are hiring for all levels of experience – from seasoned Master Techs to motivated mid-level and entry-level candidates looking to advance their careers with a high-quality dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance on Volvo and other vehicles

• Perform work accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer standards

• Communicate repair needs clearly with service advisors and team members

• Use diagnostic tools and follow detailed repair procedures

• Document all work performed and maintain up-to-date training

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred

• Volvo experience or ASE certifications are a plus (but not required)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Professional attitude and a desire to grow with a respected brand
