Receptionist

A fast-paced and highly regarded Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a confident, people-first Receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of the business. What Youll Be DoingStep into a role where youre the command center of communication:
- Manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Direct calls accurately to the right team members, keeping everything flowing smoothly
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and lasting first impression
- Keep the reception area polished and organized
- Provide essential admin support including scanning, filing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications:
What Were Looking ForWere searching for someone who brings both experience and personality:
- 5+ years of experience handling a multi-line phone system
- Bilingual communication skills (highly preferred)
- Clear, confident verbal communication and a friendly, upbeat phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with Filevine is a strong advantage
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
